Live cooking and wine pairing

The cooking happens before your eyes

The cook works in front of the guests and the wine explanation accompanies each dish. The proposal combines live cooking and tasting, with ingredients, tableware and equipment included. The menu is agreed with the team before booking according to the group's proposal.

Before you book

What is cooked during the showcooking?

Four tapas or courses are selected with the team. The repertoire includes rice dishes, soups, stews, pickles, escabeche, marinated salmon, appetisers, sushi, fried or filled pastries and desserts such as ice cream, cakes, sorbets or mousses. These are options for designing the menu, rather than a menu including all of them. The final selection and pairings are confirmed before booking.

What if there are fewer than 10 of us?

We can review the proposal for a smaller group. Share your group size when enquiring: the format and quote will be confirmed before booking. The published price is calculated for 10–12 people.

Can we share allergies or preferences?

Yes. Mention them in your enquiry so the team can assess adaptations and confirm what can be offered before you agree the proposal.

Who leads the experience?

Susana Luis del Río leads the wine experience and Roberto Espeso the culinary proposal.

How is the date confirmed?

Send your date, group size and preferred format. Availability and conditions are confirmed before the activity is booked. Premium options require a separate quote.
