La Villa is the heart of

Two living rooms, a library, a professional kitchen, a separate meeting room, large bedrooms and different leisure and outdoor areas make the stay much more complete than conventional accommodation.

Stone, natural slate and wood flooring, microcement and carefully selected details coexist with discreet technology, underfloor air conditioning and everything necessary for a comfortable stay all year round.

02 · A space with independence

Casa de Invitados

An independent, welcoming house for a couple or small family, and also a self-contained space for service staff, personal assistants or part of a team, according to the house's capacity and layout. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a full bathroom. Natural slate and wood flooring bring warmth and character to the stay.

The Guest House has its own independent entrance from outside. On request, it can connect with La Villa through the private inner courtyard, creating a combined stay with shared spaces while preserving each house's independence.

Enjoy La Villa as your main residence and use the Guest House as independent accommodation for service or support staff. Each house retains its own kitchen, living room and entrance, with the option to connect through the private inner courtyard.

Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own service or personal assistance staff. For stays longer than one week, our housekeeping service provides a complete change of bed linen and towels throughout La Villa.

Can I book both houses together?

Yes. Entire Estate combines the Villa and the Guest House in one accommodation booking, subject to availability for your dates.

Are the houses connected?

Each house has its own independent exterior entrance. On request, we prepare the connection through the inner courtyard, where both houses have additional doors, maintaining privacy from the outside at all times. Tell us how you would like to use the spaces before arrival.

Can I split the group between the houses?

Yes, within each house’s capacity and layout: up to eight guests in the Villa and two adults and two children in the Guest House. We will discuss a suitable arrangement for accompanying staff or professional teams.

Can I bring my own personal assistance staff?

Yes. Your personal assistance staff can stay overnight in the Guest House, with a bedroom, a space to relax and a kitchen for their own use or to provide service to La Villa. Both houses remain fully separate and independent. Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their staff.

What housekeeping service is provided for longer stays?

For stays longer than one week, our housekeeping service provides a complete change of bed linen and towels throughout La Villa.

Can the estate be used for filming or a production?

We can consider filming, shoots or commercials across the estate. Availability, access, schedules, numbers and conditions are agreed beforehand in a specific proposal.

Are parties allowed?

No. The estate is intended for quiet stays and agreed gatherings. House rules apply, including quiet in the courtyard from 22:00.
